INEO Srl, an Italian company specialising in digital identification, anti-fraud and secure document management solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eng. Giovanni Fusco as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Eng. Fusco brings with him over twenty years of experience in leadership and governance roles within complex organisations. He will lead INEO in its ongoing journey of consolidation and strengthening, with the goal of ensuring continuity, efficiency and innovation across the company’s services.
This decision follows the temporary inability of Dr. Salvatore Mafodda, founder and former managing director, to continue overseeing operations due to health reasons.
